You can create fun pom-poms with this tool, in two different sizes, in no time at all.
It’s as simple as this:
 
The adjoining U-shaped frame is opened and yarn is wrapped around it.
You repeat this step with the other frame. Then both frames are shut and
locked together so that a closed circle is formed. You use a pair of sharp
scissors to cut the yarn along the circle between the frames. You join the
pom-pom together with a separate thread which you wind around the
gap just cut open between the frames.
Each pack contains two sets for making pom-poms in different sizes.
