Orders are shipped only with Deutsche Post (DHL).

We ship within 1-2 business day after receiving your payment when the products are in stock. Otherwise the products are shipped within the time given in the product descriptions.

Shipping costs within Germany: depending on the order volume

up to 12€ order volume - 2,50 € shipping costs
up to 25€ Bestellsumme - 3,95 € shipping costs
up to  50€ Bestellsumme - 4,50 € shipping costs
up to 75€ Bestellsumme - 5,50 € shipping costs

Orders over 75€ are free of charge for shipping (within Germany)

Shipping costs European Community (EC) and Switzerland/Norway: costs per order

Please note: for shipments to Switzerland and Norway - please comply with customs regulations. Customs duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs; these must be paid by the customers themselves. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Within the EU you can pay via bank transfer or Paypal. From other countries we only accept Paypal payments due to the high banking fees. We appologies for all inconvenience.
